The fruits are harvested at optimal maturity and treated with food-grade sulfur dioxide during the drying process to help preserve their bright golden color, extend shelf life, and maintain their natural flavor and soft texture. Following the drying process, the apricots are cleaned, sorted by size, and quality-checked to ensure compliance with international export standards.
