Nuts

Most of nuts are good sources of vitamins E and B2 (riboflavin, an antioxidant).

They are rich in protein, folate, fiber, and essential minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and selenium. Raw or unroasted walnuts are considered the healthiest, with twice as many anti-oxidants as other nuts.

Almonds are good source of protein and high in antioxidants, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and vitamins like E. Moreover we have to give a space apart  for Turkish Hazelnuts. They have a significant place among the types of nuts in terms of nutrition and health because of the special composition of fats (primarily oleic acid), protein, carbohydrates, vitamins (vitamin E), minerals, dietary fibres, phytosterol (beta-cytosterol) and antioxidant phenolics such as flavan-3-ols. Everyday hazelnuts by the handful!
